Dr. Alan Mandelberg specializes in the following:
Dr. Mandelberg is an Associate Professor of Ophthalmology at Los Angeles County/USC Medical Center where he teaches cataract and corneal surgery.
Dr. Mandelberg is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, California Medical Association, Los Angeles County Medical Association, as well as, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
In 1976, he became fellow in Cataract, Cornea and Refractive Surgery with renowned corneal specialist James Aquavella, M.D., Professor at the University of Rochester Eye Institute. Dr. Mandelberg was one of the first certified ophthalmologists in Southern California in Accomodating Intraocular Lens Implantation.
Dr. Mandelberg has also appeared as a medical eye expert on various local and national television programs and has lectured nationally and internationally at medical seminars and conferences.
Dr. Dana Tannenbaum specializes in the following:
Dr. Dana Tannenbaum has a thriving Glaucoma practice at A Center for VisionCare. She is frequently called upon to present lectures on glaucoma to physicians as well as educational seminars to her patients & the public. She is also called upon to offer her expertise as an expert witness on Ophthalmology issues.
Dr. Tannenbaum completed medical school at McGill University in her hometown of Montreal, Canada. This was followed by ophthalmology residency training at the University of California, San Diego and glaucoma fellowship at the Jules Stein Eye Institute. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Glaucoma Society and American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
Dr. Tannenbaum is a leading researcher on the newest techniques for imaging the optic nerve for early diagnosis of glaucoma. She has published extensively and has won numerous awards for her work in this area.
Dr. Mario Meallet specializes in the following:
Dr. Meallet is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at Los Angeles County/USC Medical Center, where he teaches cataract and corneal surgery.
He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
Dr. Meallet received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School and completed his ophthalmology residency at the Doheny Eye Institute/LA County/USC Medical Center. He completed his fellowship in cornea/external disease at the prestigious Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami.
Following his fellowship, he joined the faculty at the Doheny Eye Institute. During his six years at the institute he gained extensive experience in cataract and corneal surgery, as well as medical and surgical management of glaucoma.
Dr. Meallet specializes in cornea, cataract and refractive surgery, including endothelial keratoplasty (DSEK) for patients with corneal edema and Fuch’s dystrophy. He also specializes in diagnosis and management of keratoconus, including INTACS corneal implants.
Dr. Meallet has lectured and taught in numerous surgical courses. He has also published in textbooks on cataract surgery.
Dr. Lynn Huang specializes in the following:
Dr. Lynn Huang is a highly skilled physician-surgeon specializing in pediatric and adult diseases of the macula, retina, and vitreous.
She is a member of American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Society of Retina Specialists, Association of Research in Vision and Ophthalmology, and Women in Ophthalmology.
Dr. Huang graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from UCLA with a Bachelor’s degree in Science. She attended the UCLA School of Medicine where she was awarded the California Endowment Scholarship for academic excellence and community service.
She completed her residency in ophthalmology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center in New York.
She also finished a prestigious fellowship in vitreo-retinal surgery at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary/Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA.
Dr. Huang also holds a Master’s Degree in Health Management and Policy from the Harvard School of Public Health.
Dr. Davidson specializes in:
Dr. Davidson is a board certified ophthalmologist and ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He completed three sub-specialty fellowships (medicine’s highest form of formal education). He distinguished himself at several of North America’s most prestigious institutions, including Harvard University, Georgetown University, McGill University, and the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology.
Dr. Davidson has over 20 years of experience, specializing exclusively in cosmetic and noncosmetic surgery of the eyes and upper face. He has performed tens of thousands of successful surgeries.
In addition to experience handling unique and difficult situations, Dr. Davidson continues to perfect new techniques. These include new procedures for watery eye correction and cosmetic eyebrow lifting with quick recovery and minimal downtime.
Dr. Davidson grew up in the Pasadena area. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, computer programming, walking and reading.
Dr. Daniel Lemor specializes in the following:
Dr. Daniel Lemor is a board certified ophthalmologist specializing in comprehensive
ophthalmology as well as disease of the cornea and external adnexa.
He is a member of American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Society of Cataract and
Refractive Specialists, Los Angeles Society of Ophthalmologist, and the California Academy of Eye
Physicians and Surgeons.
Dr. Lemor completed his residency in ophthalmology at Louisiana State University School of
Medicine in New Orleans, LA.
He finished a fellowship in Cornea and External Disease including corneal transplant surgery at
University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, WA.
Dr. Lemor also holds a Master’s in Philosophy Degree in Medical Research from the University of
Queensland in Brisbane, Australia.
